The guarantee company enables you to start your business without any requirements, without any security deposits but with limited liability. The company is set up within 10-12 days which makes this the cheapest and fastest way to start an insurance company. The only restrictions are that the guarantee company is not allowed to sell life, fire or marine insurances and it must not bear the word "insurance" in the company name but "guarantee company". 

The incorporation fees are EUR 27,000 including the first annual fees. The renewal fees from year 2 on are EUR 4,000. The company is fully active and can conduct all its allowed activities for those basic fees. The additional services we offer are optional. That means you are not required to order them but they may be useful. 

Unrestricted Insurance Company

If you are required to issue life, fire or marine insurances or if you want to gain the higher reputation of a full insurance company this offer will be the right service for you. The application for an insurance company is slightly more complicated than the registration of a guarantee company. You have to provide some references and you need to proof a capital US $500,000. You will have to proof that capital, it is not required to deposit it. In some cases Right Way is able to provide the proof of capital for their clients.

The total costs to get the insurance company incorporated and licensed are only EUR 55,000. including the first annual fees. The license renewal from year 2 on is EUR 12,000. The company is fully active and can conduct all its allowed activities for those basic fees.
