Contrary to many competitors on the market we do our business without membership dues and long-term contract connection. We do not charge initial cost for the job to do. There is no financial risk for you during extra judicial debt collection. After successful debt collection you'll receive 100% of the invoiced sum!

Many debt collecting agencies simply forward your documents after unsuccessful reminding to lawyers and solicitors to prosecute judicial reminder procedures. This often leads to substantial lawyer and legal costs. Right Way collection service asks you before handing over the issue to our contract lawyers, and - when desired - we'll find out to what extent the debtor shows negative characteristics e.g. oath of disclosure. The results are communicated to the customer. The decision, whether the judicial procedure is introduced or not, is our customers' own choice.

Most of our competitors are limited to collection activity in their own countries. Right Way collection service offers worldwide collection service. In this area we co-operate with contract lawyers.

Right Way collection service works with up to date IT solutions. You may place your orders and communicate with us via email. With large contingents of orders we can arrange custom made data transfer.

Legal debt collection.

After you have placed your order via mail, fax, email or other means of data transfer, Right Way checks free of charge on the basis of internal data whether your debtor is already known to us. If this examination shows negative characteristics about your debtor, we will immediately contact you, in order to discuss further activities and to avoid unnecessary costs. If Right Way collection service does not recover negative characteristics about your debtor, we will send a first reminder also fixing a deadline for the payment.

On your express desire we'll add an instalment plan to this first reminder. If the debtor does not react on the first reminder with neither payment of the demanded sum nor payment by instalment we'll remind your debtor for the last time. We'll also tell your debtor that - after the deadline - costly judicial debt recovery procedures are taken and that his/her credit rating may worsen substantially.

After receipt of payment you receive your invoiced amount to 100% without any delay. The collection fees are charged to the debtor. If the debtor still does not pay, the European Collection Service accomplishes a credit rating in external data bases - on your desire - before handing over the issue to our co-operating lawyers. The result of this credit rating is communicated to you. If you should wish to cancel debt collection at this stage, because negative characteristics of your debtor were exposed, we'll only charge € 75,00 (€ 120 if our business report is required). Further costs do not result for our customers. Especially substantial court and bailiff costs are avoided. If no negative characteristics are detected, we will pass on the documents to our contract lawyers in order to initiate judicial procedures, if you wish so.

Judicial assistance.

Judicial procedures of debt collection vary on the specific country in which they take place. Our ingenious co-operation with worldwide contract lawyers guarantees the most effective judicial procedures in many countries. We are constantly working on establishing contacts to lawyers in those countries, in which we are not represented yet.

Judicial procedures in foreign countries may be very expensive. However, our customers can profit of our co-operation with contract lawyers. You'll get the most possible transparency of all cost which may develop. We'll keep you constantly informed about the judicial stages. If possible (this may vary on the specific countries) all costs will be charged to your debtor. If the judicial debt collection fails, most of our contract lawyers only charge a flat rate (within Europe € 75,00) plus disbursements instead of the actual legal fees.
